Unless otherwise stated, the data, photographs and documents available on the Pietragalla Project portal are in the public domain and are licensed under the Etalab open licence. They may be freely downloaded and reused, provided that the document reference and link to its entry in the portal are indicated. For a more comprehensive overview of the issues surrounding the reuse of images, we recommend reading the Practical guide to researching and reusing works of art (2021) produced by the INHA and available online.

The Pietragalla Project portal was created using the Omeka S CMS (version 4.0.4), now developed by the non-profit organisation Digital Scholar and made available under a free GPL licence. ‘3DHOmekaS’ is the theme currently used for public display.
